Task Description: Today for maths the Pongs we are learning to solve decimal problems. I have been late with my maths and all my literacy is taking over my blog! Sorry if you wanted to see more maths on my blog. Anyways if you don't know how this rolls well I am here to tell you. Before doing this our teacher Mr Goodwin show us and practice what we are learning. We are learning to multiply decimals at the moment. After having little practices we go off and do our problem solving. We read the problem then we solve in our maths book. Measuring our Feet!
Walt: Understand Measurement
Task Description: Today for Maths Pongs did a topic about Measurement. We had to place our feet on our Maths book and draw an outline of it. It was really funny. We then took a ruler a measured our foot. Mine was 21 cm it might not be the proper measurement but that's all we can do. After that I had to walk beside Naomi ( My Partner ) and counted every time I steeped. If you don't get me look at the photo on the left. Anyways from my side of the whole thing she was about a 7 of my feet. After that I did all the maths up here on this photo as you can see. I added a photo of the foot I drew and put and example of what we did on the left. Hope you enjoy!

Walt: solving fractions.
Task Description: This is my maths presentation from week 5! I know I'm late with maths but just stick with it. At the moment we have been learning fractions. This is just a presentation about fractions. So what I do is I read the problem then figure out the problem on paper. After getting the answer I take a photo of it and write it down on my chrome book and there you go!

Maths Problem Solving!
Walt: understand fractions.
Task Description: This is a new maths problem from week one! This is overdue work but I will still be explaining how I created this. To start off we always read the problem on the side. Sometimes the problems that we have relates to the things that our teacher (Mr Goodwin) talks about. So we get the knowledge from when we have mat time with our teacher. Then I write down on my maths book how I solved it - How I got the answer. So I take a photo and place it on my presentation. After I re-write how I solved again but in letters. Overall I got the hang of it and was pretty "easy"!

Amelia Problem Solving
Walt: Solve multiplication problems
Task Description: Here is my problem solving that I have been working on at the moment. Here it was pretty tricky for me to understand but I suddenly got the hang of it, and it became very easy. I am just finishing off work for my teacher which was okay for me because I have spare time. Overall I got the hang of this maths trick and how to solve it. If you don't know how I do this well let me tell you. First I read the problem on the side then write it in my maths book. Then I take a picture of it and then write down on the bottom how I solved it. It's just as simple as that! It's pretty hard to understand but trust me you'll get the hang of it.

Task Description: Sorry guy's this is a late maths blog post. I have been very behind in maths lately so here we go! So today but I mean like weeks ago Mr Goodwin decided that we should get back into learning after like that big holiday. So we started with getting back into learning by using the tens and ones method. So here as you can see I had to start by writing how we solved the problem in our maths books. Then we had to write it down on our Chromebooks to show how we did it.
