 Rm 10 decided to experiment if Persil washes whiter. So we decided to test out if Persil actually washes whiter. Well to do this we used 3 white singlets and we had 3 volunteers who made the 3 singlets dirty outside. Then used 3 buckets with water in it. After that we washed the 3 singlets using water, Supreme washing powder and last of all Persil. So we washed all the singlets and the end results were pretty cool, and of course Persil actually washed the whiter but still had dirt because we washed it only for 1 min in a bucket of water. 

Task Description: As part of our topic ch ch ch ch changes we did an experiment that Mr Goodwin promised we would do. We were writing out our forms to which one will wash whiter I picked Persil which a lot of us did, but not that  much people went for Supreme. Hey everyone today I have decided to let you guys check out my project I have made on scratch. The project that I've made is a maze game. This maze game was actually my first ever scratch project that I have made. I'm not really a big fan of coding but the maze game I made was really fun. Our teacher gave us tips on how to use scratch. On there way to the toilet all the girls were chatter, chatter, chatter. “There it is the toilet”, says Mrs Moala in a lazy voice. All the girls ran, and Mia said, “I won’t be long it’s just a number one OKAY!”. “You better”, says Makayla. “Okay”, says Mia. After like about 40 seconds later Mia was still in the toilet, and everyone was out. “Mia I thought you were doing a number one”, says Makayla. “Sorry I might of did a number 2 or make it a 3”, says Mia. “Hurry up says Mrs Moala all else we will leave you. “Yea”, says the girls. Just then in 2 seconds she was out of the toilet. “Let's go all else were lost”, says Daisy. As the girls were walking they came back to there spot where the team was, and they all vanished.

I have read AMAZING BOOKS! ( Except for one! )

Task Description: YES! I'm finally blogging  Whoo hoo! it has been so busy last wek from Saturday to this Monday and now I get to blog! Do you remember the 5 books my teacher gave me well in my busy week I still manage to read all five books. Well done me I think I deserve an Ice block! Amazing book The wonderful wizard of oz!

When it was the end of term my teacher gave me 5 books that he said I have to read in the holiday. He also said that I have to post each book I have read on my blog. So today I have finally finished one of my favorite books called The wonderful wizard of oz! This story was really cool that I even watched the movie they were both amazing. The book was so interesting that I could never stop reading it! I recommend that you should read this book because it takes you to a funny adventure. Also if you really like the book and you have read it watch the movie. Now I have 4 more books to go that I will also share on my blog!

A new fresh Holiday start!

Finally the time has come the SCHOOL HOLIDAYS! I can’t wait to do lots of posting through the holidays. In the holidays I’m going to be doing lots of fun stuff like making kindness go viral, Book reviews, Homework and of course fun and more! I’m also looking forward for term 4 it’s going to be the last term of me being a year 5 :(. Anyways I will be blogging in the holidays and will be setting up a challenge for myself to Make kindness go viral to my family!

Task Description: This is my blog post about What are the Positives, Minuses, and Interesting points (PMI) about Sport drinks. In my Sports Drinks presentation I explain what are sport drinks, and what they are used for. Did you know that people that sell these types of drinks use advertising to sell them and make money. People who buy sports drinks think that the sport drinks are going to help them with their big games and to build muscles, however sports drinks actually have a lot of sugar and it's really bad for you unless you are professional athlete, or do enough exercise to use that energy. Amelia Problem Solving Practice Term 3 Wk 4

Walt: identify and solve decimal problem Task Description: This is my Problem Solving Practice Term 3 Wk 4. In this math activity it took very long for me to understand it but I got it and 1.74 was my final answer. This math activity was all about decimals and the 2016 Rio Olympics! Task Description: This is my Olympic athlete shirt! In this fun activity we had to be an agent of an famous athlete. We had to choose from a main sponsor and an sub-sponsor. I chose Puma and Canterbury instead of going for more money I went for the fit, and the money that I collected from both sponsors was 14.000!    

Difference between triathlon and tryathlon?

Walt: synthesise information from multiple sources The difference between triathlon and tryathlon is that the normal word triathlon is switched to try, and also the word triathlon represents the 3 sports that are in a triathlon which is Swimming, Cycling and Running. So the word tryathlon also means that you should give a triathlon a try and that your trying to race other people. Task Description: In this Reading activity we had to read a cool article called Give it a try. After that we had to write on a doc with Questions called Give it a try, and in one of the Questions it said What is the  difference between triathlon and tryathlon. So we had to post a blogpost about it with a few sentences about What is the  difference between triathlon and tryathlon and here it is!

Rio 2016 Olympics has started!

Yay! Today is Friday August the 5th, and the famous Rio 2016 Olympics has started. For people who doesn't know about the famous Rio 2016 Olympics it is going to be held in Brazil in Rio de Janiro. There is going to be a lot of competitives from all around the world going to. 

I'm really excited for the upcoming games because all of the country's and athletes there are going to represent, and all the races there going to have. What are you excited about the upcoming famous Olympics? Or are you not really excited for the upcoming Olympics?

In the Olympics the sport that I want to see is Hurdles because it looks really cool sprinting and jumping over Hurdles at the same time. But the athlete I would like to see is Valerie Adams because she is an New Zealand Shot Put. What sport and athlete you want to see?
